To prepare for your ride, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and comfortable clothing. Those in open-toed shoes will not be allowed to ride due to safety concerns. Every rider under the age of 18 will be required to wear a helmet. We would recommend wearing longer pants instead of shorts. It’s also recommended to bring bug spray and bottled water with you to the farm.

The height and weight restrictions are strictly in place for the health and safety of our animals. Horses can safely carry approximately 20% of their body weight. At this time, the maximum rider weight is 230 pounds.

Customers will receive a full refund if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. You will be notified by email, text, or phone if a ride is cancelled due to bad weather. Do not assume that your ride is cancelled. Changes can be made up to 24 hours in advance if space is available by calling Hailey Brown at (843) 473-0946.

Currently all rides are limited to 6 riders. We are in the process of acquiring more horses that will allow us to accommodate larger groups for private rides in the future.

Boarding is potentially available, based on space and capacity of the farm. Cost is $75/day, and inquiries can be made to Hailey Brown, Farm Manager at (843) 473-0946.
